In order to be a psychiatrist, you must be an understanding and communicative person. In addition, you must have good critical thinking skills because you must make decisions quite fast, as well as being able to talk to all sorts of people. You do not need to know a lot about mathematical formulas or history in order to study psychiatry. However, you  must know a lot about biology and know a lot of environmental science.
