Bonjour exercice sur les développement et factorisation, je n'y arrive pas du tout

1) Calculer E pour x = 1/2
E = 4x² + 8x - 5
E = 4 (1/2)² + 8 (1/2) - 5
E = 4 (1/4) + 8/2 - 5
E = 4/4 + 16/4 - 20/4
E = 0

a) Développer puis réduire F:
F = (2x + 2)² - 9
F = 4x² + 8x + 4 - 9
F = 4x² + 8x - 5

b) Factoriser F :
F = (2x + 2)² - 9
F = ((2x + 2) + 3) ((2x + 2) - 3)
F = (2x + 5) (2x - 1)

c) En déduire une factorisation de E :
E = 4x² + 8x - 5
E = (2x + 5) (2x - 1)

E=4x²+8x-5
=4×(1/2)²+8×(1/2)-5
=4×1/4+8/2-5
=1+4-5=0
2)
a) F=(2x+2)²-9=(2x)²+2×2x×2+2²-9=4x²+8x+4-9=4x²+8x-5
b) F=(2x+2)²-9=(2x+2)²-3²=[(2x+2)+3][(2x+3)-3]=(2x+2+3)(2x+2-3)=(2x+5)(2x-1)
c) E =4x²+8x-5=(2x+2)²-9=(2x+5)(2x-1)
